Affiliate Program Terms.

1. Eligible Referrals and Attribution

• Referrals are tracked using unique referral links and local storage attribution keys. We use a last-click attribution standard.
• You may not use your own affiliate link to purchase an eSIM for your personal or direct corporate use (self-referrals are prohibited).
• Referrals must result in a completed, paid subscription to be eligible for commission payout.

2. Prohibited Promotional Activities

To ensure fair practice and maintain brand integrity, the following promotional actions are strictly barred and subject to immediate forfeiture of unpaid balance:

• Brand Bidding (Search Ads): You may not bid on branded search terms (e.g. “SecondSim”, “Second Sim”, “SecondSim discount”) on Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other PPC search networks.
• Unsolicited Messaging (Spam): You may not broadcast unsolicited mass emails, automated forum spam, or aggressive unsolicited direct messages.
• Misleading Representations: You may not pose as an official employee of SecondSim or misstate product specifications or regulatory compliance.

3. Commissions and Payout Terms

• Payout Method: All payouts are processed automatically via Stripe Connect directly into your registered UK or international bank account.
• Thresholds: Payouts are triggered once your accumulated commissions surpass the minimum threshold indicated in your partner dashboard.
• Tax Responsibility: Affiliates act as independent contractors and remain solely responsible for reporting and settling applicable income tax, corporation tax, or VAT obligations.

4. Refunds and Clawbacks

If a referred customer cancels their plan and receives a refund under our money-back guarantee, or files an unauthorized card chargeback, the corresponding commission will be reversed and deducted from your pending or future payout balance.

5. Termination and Modifications

SecondSim reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliate accounts that violate program rules, engage in deceptive advertising, or damage brand reputation. SecondSim may update commission tiers or these terms upon giving electronic notice to active affiliates.
