Method 1: 1-Click Install (Easiest)

If you purchased the plan on your iPhone, look for a "1-Click Install" or "Add Cellular Plan" button on the confirmation page or in your email.

Tapping this link will automatically open your iPhone's settings and jump you directly to the activation prompts. Follow the steps on-screen.

Method 2: Standard QR Code Setup

If you don't have a 1-click link, use the standard method:

1. Open Settings > Mobile Data (or Cellular) > Add eSIM.
2. Scan your QR code.

Easiest way: Open your email on a computer or another device and scan the code with your iPhone's camera.

No second device? Tap Enter Details Manually at the bottom of the screen. Copy and paste the "SM-DP+ Address" and "Activation Code" from your email.

Final Step: On-Screen Prompts

Once the plan is added, your iPhone will ask you to:

You can cancel at any time. Your number will remain active until the end of your billing period (monthly or yearly). After that, you must sign up for our Number Parking service (£2.99/mo) to keep your number safe. If you do not park your number, it will be deactivated and recycled by the carrier. How does it work for calls and texts?

The technology is called Dual SIM, Dual Standby (DSDS). This means:

• Both lines are active at the same time. Both your physical SIM and your eSIM are in "standby" and ready to receive calls and texts.
• You can receive calls on both numbers. If someone calls your personal line, it rings. If someone calls your business (eSIM) line, it also rings.
• You can make calls from either number. When you make a call or send a text, your phone will ask which line you want to use. You can also set a default line for specific contacts.

The claim that you can "only use one network at a time" is misleading. While you can't be on two active phone calls at the exact same second, both numbers are always active and reachable, allowing them to work perfectly in tandem.
