Want to keep your existing mobile number? No problem. You can easily port your number to SecondSIM. All you need is a PAC code from your old provider. The process is free and typically completes within one working day.

How to get your PAC Code (UK)

A PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) is a unique 9-character code that allows you to move your number between providers. Getting it is fast and free.

The Easiest Way: Text to Switch
  1. Open the messaging app on your phone (using your *old* provider's SIM).
  2. Text the word PAC to 65075.
  3. Your provider must reply by text within a minute, giving you your PAC and any important info (like early termination fees).
Other Ways
  • Log into your old provider's app or website. There will be an option in your account settings to request a PAC.
  • Call your old provider. You can find their customer service number on a recent bill.

We're sorry to see you go, but we believe in making this process as simple as possible. You can take your SecondSIM number with you to any other UK provider.

How to get your SecondSIM PAC Code

Just like any other UK provider, we follow the simple "Text to Switch" process.

  1. From your SecondSIM number, text PAC to 65075.
  2. We will text you back instantly with your PAC code.
  3. Give this PAC code to your new provider, and they will manage the transfer.

That's it. Your PAC is valid for 30 days, and your SecondSIM subscription will be cancelled automatically once the number successfully ports out.
